1.0 Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of CareScribe Training Services (“Training”) by CareScribe Limited (“CareScribe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By purchasing our Training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. CareScribe Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11309937 with its registered office at 33b Springmeadow Lane, Uppermill, Oldham, England, OL3 6HW.

2.0 Definitions

2.1. “Training” refers to the CareScribe Training Services provided to customers for the purpose of onboarding and demonstrating the use of CareScribe Ltd products.

2.2. “Cooling-Off Period” refers to the statutory 14-day period during which the customer has the right to cancel the Training service for a refund, provided the Training has not yet been delivered.

2.3. “Booking Confirmation” refers to the email sent by CareScribe to the customer confirming the date and time of the Training session.

3.0 Purchase and Booking of Training Services

3.1. Training sessions are purchased upfront by customers for the purpose of onboarding and learning how to use CareScribe Ltd products effectively. This purchase is made through our website or via direct communication with our sales team.

3.2. Upon receipt of payment, CareScribe will send an email inviting the customer to book their Training session. We aim to provide available dates within 30 days of payment. If you do not receive this email, it is your responsibility to contact us at [email protected].

3.3. The customer is solely responsible for booking their Training session. CareScribe shall not be liable for any failure to book the Training session by the customer.

4.0 Rescheduling

4.1. Customers may reschedule their Training session up to 7 days before the scheduled date by contacting us at [email protected].

4.2. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled Training date will not be accommodated, and the Training will be deemed non-refundable if outside of the Cooling-Off Period.

5.0 Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. You have the right to cancel your Training service within 14 days of purchase (the “Cooling-Off Period”) for a full refund, provided that the Training session has not yet been delivered.

5.2. If the Training session has already been delivered within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period, you may still cancel; however, a full refund will not be provided. The amount of the refund will be adjusted to account for the services already rendered.

5.3. No refunds will be issued after the 14-day Cooling-Off Period has expired.

6.0 Delivery of Training Services

6.1. Training sessions will be conducted online and may not be recorded or repurposed by the customer. The content provided during the Training is intended solely for the customer’s personal use in understanding and using CareScribe products.

6.2. CareScribe reserves the right to modify the content and delivery of Training sessions as necessary to meet the needs of the customer and to improve the quality of the Training services.

7.0 Customer Obligations

7.1. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technical equipment and internet connection to participate in the Training session.

7.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking your Training session and to update CareScribe if any changes occur.

8.0 Limitation of Liability

8.1. CareScribe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to book or attend the Training session.

8.2. CareScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Training services.

9.0 General Provisions

9.1. CareScribe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

9.2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CareScribe regarding the provision of Training services.

9.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

9.4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
