How to create a neuro-inclusive culture

Join us for an insightful discussion delving into the dynamic intersection of career progression, neurodiversity, and inclusive workplace practices.

Drawing from the personal journey of Danielle, a professional who has navigated the corporate world while overcoming dyslexia challenges, we’ll explore the initiatives and strategies essential for fostering a supportive environment.

Let’s pave the way towards a more inclusive future.

From the inception of Neurodiversity Networks at GSK to their growth and impact within organisations, we’ll uncover the pivotal role they play in championing diversity and inclusion. Delving deeper, we’ll examine the reasons individuals like Danielle may choose to leave certain environments and how coaching can provide invaluable support during such transitions.

Central to our discussion will be the power of coaching, mentoring, and mindset in addressing challenges and fostering resilience. Through real-life examples and expert insights, we’ll explore how these tools can be utilised to cultivate inclusive spaces where diverse talents can thrive.

Ultimately, our aim is to equip attendees with actionable strategies for creating truly inclusive workplaces where neurodiversity is celebrated, understood, and leveraged for organisational success. Join us as we pave the way towards a more inclusive future.
