Where You Come In

As a Senior Sales Specialist at CareScribe, you will work in our small sales team within the wider Revenues department working closely with our other Senior Sales Specialist for Caption.Ed, AT Consultant and Partner Relationship Manager,

You’ll have the overall accountability for the delivery and execution of initiatives to ensure sustainable revenue growth and market expansion for our product, TalkType

Your technical and specialist expertise will be key in developing and delivering on strategic plans to drive growth for TalkType across UK funded markets, including Access to Work and Disabled Students’ Allowance programs, meeting and delivering against quarterly revenue targets.

You will be instrumental in expanding Carescribe’s presence in these markets while also identifying opportunities to expand TalkType sales into the wider market place. Collaborating with the Marketing and Product teams to achieve a cohesive approach and alignment for growth initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic approach: you will develop and implement sales strategies for funded markets, analysing trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, energised by owning and exceeding revenue targets.  
  • Operational effectiveness: using industry and data insights to inform decisions and optimise sales processes, you provide insightful monthly sales performance reports to keep internal teams informed and aligned.
  • Expert in your field: building strong relationships with key influencers in our existing markets (DSA and ATW sectors), you will drive product awareness supporting the Partner Relationship Manager, participate in events, conduct demos, lead training sessions, using knowledge of the market to adapt and stay ahead.
  • Growing success: you will create opportunities for us to move into new markets by conducting market research, developing strategic entry plans, establishing and leveraging relationships to foster market growth, adjust tactics to achieve optimal results collaborating with internal teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Leadership and mentoring: fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement to others in the team, sharing best practice and providing support for professional development.

About You

  • Proven experience in leading strategic projects and driving results.
  • Significant track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in product demonstration and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally HubSpot, and generating reports.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Background in sales or customer success roles, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and business objectives.
