CareScribe wins Culture 100 Award

CareScribe has won its first award for workplace culture. The Culture 100 Growth Edition Award recognises the UK’s best tech companies to work for with under 75 people. We’re delighted to be able to add another award to our trophy cabinet!

What is the Culture 100 Award?

The Culture 100 Awards recognise and celebrate the greatest companies to work for in the UK, championing both large and small organisations for their commitments to building a progressive, people-first workplace.

The Culture 100 Growth Edition award is an accolade presented by the team behind hyer.co. They evaluated over 5,000 companies and interviewed more than 20,000 employees to uncover organisations which represent the highest workplace standards and act as beacons of what a meaningful place to work looks like.

The judging panel for the awards was made up of folks from companies such as Patagonia, Atlassian, and Google so we were rigorously assessed by some of the world’s leading company culture creators.

Crafting our culture for the future

Becoming a Culture 100 Growth Edition winner validates the culture we have built at CareScribe and our intention around crafting our culture for the future.

On winning the award, Elle Chappell, People Director at CareScribe said “winning this award represents a key milestone in our journey as CareScribe enters its 4th year in business. We work hard and with intention to create an environment in which people can thrive, develop, and feel included and we’re chuffed to have been recognised for that. We don’t always get it right every time, but we learn from it and from our awesome team. The best bit is, we’re only just getting started and I can’t wait to see what things look like in 12 months time”.

An organisation worth paying attention to

Hyer describes Culture 100 Winners as “the type of company you would recommend to your friends and family, the type of organisation worth paying attention to.’

And that’s exactly the kind of statement we’re proud to put the CareScribe name to.
