Product Marketing Manager

About CareScribe

CareScribe is an assistive technology company based in Bristol.

Our purpose is to help people get more from every conversation. We currently do this through our two products: Caption.Ed and TalkType – but things are changing.

We’re at a pivotal moment in our journey. Our products are evolving, and so is our thinking around how we position them in the market. We don’t have all the answers yet – but we know that getting our messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product narratives right will be crucial to our success. That’s where you come in.

Where you come in

CareScribe is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us on this next chapter. This is a brand new role, and you’ll play a central part in helping us figure out how to take our products to market, who we’re speaking to, and how to tell our story.

You’ll partner closely with teams across the company – revenue, product and design to help define positioning, shape messaging, and build go-to-market strategies that will evolve alongside our products.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company mid-transformation, where your voice and input won’t just be heard – they’ll be essential. If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and want to help shape a product offering from the inside out, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

A typical week? There’s no such thing! But here’s what you can expect as you work across multiple projects and priorities.

  • Planning and delivering go-to-market campaigns for product launches and feature releases, creating marketing assets with impact.
  • Helping us be laser-focused on who we’re targeting with our go-to-market plans by developing and refining CareScribe’s Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Personas.
  • Shaping standout messaging that showcases the unique features, benefits, and differentiators of our products and turning insights into powerful storytelling.
  • Bringing products to life with compelling sales enablement materials, think battle cards, pitch decks, product brochures, use cases, and FAQs, that empower our teams and drive impact.

And of course, no week would be complete without some data analysis! You’ll monitor and review the performance of go-to-market plans, providing insights and recommendations to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders. You’ll love geeking out over analysing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, ensuring our positioning stays sharp and relevant.

About you

You bring experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS business and have a track record of successfully taking products to market.

One of your greatest strengths is your ability to craft compelling product marketing messaging; you’re an adept storyteller and totally at ease turning customer insights and technical product features into something which resonates with diverse audiences.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you’ve also got an analytical mindset. You act on data and are constantly reviewing activity to ensure you’re spending your efforts in the most efficient and impactful way.

As this is a new role, you’re a self starter and are comfortable working in ambiguity. You thrive in a fast-paced, small business environment always looking to innovate and improve processes.

Collaboration is key for you, you enjoy working closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams and you’re familiar with tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Asana.
