What We Do
Our mission is to make workplaces and education more accessible through the use of our products, Caption.Ed (captioning and note-taking software) and TalkType (dictation software), designed to support neurodivergent or disabled people.
As we expand in the B2B tech space, the Events and Partner Marketing Manager can really have an impact, increasing our visibility at industry events and building strategic marketing partnerships, helping more people discover and benefit from our products.
Where You Come In
You’ll make sure CareScribe has a strong presence at key industry events and build partnerships with communities and organisations that boost our brand visibility and generate leads. By expanding our reach, you’ll help more people discover and purchase our brilliant products.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and events that drive business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering a comprehensive events strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Planning, managing, and executing the delivery of a variety of events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking sessions in the UK and internationally.
- Identifying and establishing partnerships with communities and organisations that align with CareScribe’s ideal customer profile and buyer personas.
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on event and partner marketing performance, using tools like HubSpot to measure attendance, engagement, ROI, and customer feedback.
- Planning and executing co-marketing campaigns with partners, such as joint webinars or guest posting on blogs, to help expand the reach of CareScribe’s brand and products.
- Managing and supporting the B2B Marketing Executive with their work plans and development.
- Tracking budget spend, ensuring projects are within cost and that we are getting ROI from our activity.
About You
CareScribe is an ambitious scale-up, and with five years of business under our belt, we’re keen to take our sales and marketing to the next level. We’re after an individual who can match our ambition, someone who:
- Has experience delivering events and partner marketing campaigns generating leads.
- Proactively spots opportunities and flag these to the right people
- Can manage a busy events calendar, navigating between various projects with ease
- Is incredibly organised, with immaculate attention to detail
- Loves to exceed expectations and are motivated by results
- Is passionate about delivering remarkable event experiences to attendees both in-person and online
- Can excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Works well with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals
What We Offer
The salary for this role ranges from £40,000 to £51,000, depending on experience. We’re based in a great office next to Bristol Temple Meads Station, with two in-person days per week and flexible working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Time away
- 25 days leave (plus bank holidays), increasing to a maximum of 30 days
