Supporting Employees with Neurocognitive Symptoms in Atypical Workplaces

Date: Friday, 12 June 2026
Time: 11:00 – 12:00

Neurocognitive challenges—such as brain fog, cognitive overload, and difficulty focusing—are often associated with neurodivergence. But they’re also widely experienced by people living with chronic health conditions, including autoimmune disorders, energy-limiting conditions, and mental health challenges.

Much of today’s workplace guidance is designed around the traditional 9–5 office. But what about those working in less typical environments or with more flexible, unpredictable patterns? How can we better support them?

Join us on 12th June for a thoughtful conversation with Sam Miller (AT Train). We’ll explore how his team approaches assessments for this often-overlooked group, and what it truly means to provide support that is both effective and compassionate.

A group of five people sit and stand around a wooden table with laptops, papers, and charts, actively discussing and collaborating in an office setting, showcasing top teamwork skills to succeed, with a noticeboard in the background.
